HourTracker is utility designed for tracking work time. It supports multiple employers, so it suits also for a employee who works for multiple employers.
A work date can be:
- marked as a holiday.
- holding a day entry with duration.
- holding a event entry with beginning and ending times.
- holding off-duty entries, with duration or with timestamps.
Event entries also may contain additional information. I have created this to suit most workers needs based on my and my companies needs, yet keeping the application simple, so using it is pretty fast and wont become a burden. You can add multiple event categories, like "work time" and "other work" for example.
Employers support many individual settings and automatic report generation is supported in 2 different formats that can be e-mailed
directly from the application. You can use either inline HTML or PDF, and there is a support for braking a long report into multiple pages.
Even though this application wouldnt support your language, it doesnt mean you couldnt send a report in your own language. Settings also contain a portion allowing you to self translate static texts in the report to your own language. This can be done for any language using normal alphabets, so unfortunately this isnt supported for chinese, russian, etc. languages using special characters not included in normal alphabets. If your employer accepts another language, you can still use this application.
Application also allows manual backup and restore of database as either a file attachment in e-mail or by iCloud Drive.
Application allows easy attachment of photos to your report and has support for additional custom summaries which may include for example overtime and nightshift hours.
